Self Portraits On Fire will not be liable to You or anyone else for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the information given by the Service or for any consequential, special, or similar damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
SUBMISSIONS MADE TO THE GALLERY
Acceptance of self-portrait photography or photo-based art, to any of Our online Open Calls (e.g. Online Exhibitions, Virtual 3D Exhibitions, Curated Features, Artist Spotlight Blog Features, etc.), is at the discretion of Self Portraits On Fire. Only fine art self-portraiture that follows the outlined submission guidelines and disclaimers (under the OPEN CALLS and FAQs pages of the Website), and demonstrates high artistic quality, ability, merit, and vision, will be reviewed and accepted.
Exhibited self-portraits can be listed for sale during any online exhibition. If an art buyer or collector is interested in purchasing an artist’s work, the art buyer or collector will be directed to the artist’s website and/or social media links as listed on the specified exhibition page. Self Portraits On Fire will never take a commission on sold artworks. The artist retains 100% of the proceeds from the sale of their artwork exhibited during and after the exhibition timeframe.
We take safeguards to protect our community. Although we love all styles of self-portraiture, we do not accept or allow self-portrait submissions (i.e. images and written statements) that contain inappropriate/sensitive topics, such as sex, violence, or discrimination. Tasteful nudity is acceptable.
