Chaos. Photography, Photo Manipulation, and Digital Art (Canon 6D Mark ii, natural ambient lighting, & photoshop). "I created this self-portrait at a significant point in my journey of managing PTSD and depression. A catastrophic event further destabilized me, causing a surge in all symptoms, with panic attacks added to the list. Everything exploded into one chaotic storm inside.
